I AM MOSTLY WORKING ON ACRYLIC PAINT.
Working in acrylic on canvas, I used the rich tones that acrylic provide to give my painting a strong physical presence. That presence is enhanced by my skill at rendering lifelike figures and my sharp eye for manipulating proportion and scale, which often creates a sense of threat or uncertainty. The resulting works transform standard notions of realism into a uniquely expressive form.
